New cabinets in the laundry room!

We decided it was time to redo the laundry room, so we purchased used cabinets that we found on craigslist.

The counters are particle board with pine 2x4 trimed and routed.that we sealed and the backsplash is beadboard painted white.  We purchased the stainless steel sink from a garage sale for $25, and purchased the faucet from Home Depot.

New driveway!!

Grading is being finished and new driveway is installed.  Love it, now we need to plant it!

Landscaping!

Finally beginning landscaping.  We had extra dirt from one of our projects, so it sits at the front of the property in piles for now.  The cross fencing has been removed.  Tomorrow the grader comes to remove the driveway and reroute away from the front of the house and move the dirt around.

Merry Christmas!

We are all decorated for Christmas.  All 8 of our children and most of the 15 grandkids will be here for Christmas.  Take a good look at the house, it won't look the same in a few days!!

The white couch wasn't working with 2 dogs that love to dig, so we bought a new slip cover, dirt colored!  We found the pillows at TJ Max.  Looks great with the area rug!

Downstairs is finally done!

The new HVAC was installed downstairs and so we moved Kimmy in.

We moved the lemon tree in the downstairs kitchenette to keep it alive in the freezing cold and snow!!

Now we have gained an office upstairs!!
